PermitFiled provides email alerts and data compiled from public government records. Coverage, timing and sources may change. A source may be paused if an agency changes its website or terms.

No warranty

The service and data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for a purpose. Records may be incomplete, delayed or changed by the agency. Always verify with the official source.

Not advice

Nothing we send is legal, engineering, environmental-compliance or investment advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made using the data.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually until cancelled in the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. One-time purchases are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Paid alerts are for your own organization (Team: up to 5 recipients). Don't resell or redistribute the full feed without a written license.
